Response of Fluorescence and Chlorophyll Physiological Characteristics of Typical Urban Trees to Ozone Stress

In this study, four typical urban landscaping tree species were selected, three open top air chambers with different ozone concentrations set, and the responses of chlorophyll fluorescence, content relative conductivity trees to stress studied. The results showed that increase in concentration, maximum photochemical efficiency, electron transfer quantum yield, rate (ETR) decreased significantly, while increased significantly. Compared concentration NF, under an nf40 nf80, decline Fv/Fm Koelreuteria paniculata Ginkgo biloba was 2.47 2.28 times Pinus bungeana Platycladus orientalis, respectively, K. G. 2.11 1.28 P. respectively. Under concentrations, rate, orientalis higher than those paniculata, indicating more sensitive ozone. This study is great significance for improving environmental quality control also provides a basis selecting strong tolerance.
